Stage	Your Part	IVCF's  Part
1. Getting in touch...	Please get to know thoroughly about this Fund - its mechanics and schedule. You may contact the  IVCF main office or the FundDev Group about this. If you are abroad, please Email us at the main office.	IVCF, through its FundDev Team, will thoroughly explain about the Fund and  how you can participate in it.
2. Deciding on your investment level and period of investment.	Please pray about the available financial resource that you want to invest in IVCF ministry.  This amount  will be lent to IVCF for a period of time that you have decided yourself. The suggested minimum period to lent the amount  to IVCF is 45 days.	After you have informed IVCF about this, the FundDev Team  will now contact you personally (if you are within reach in the country) for the final documentation proceedings.
3.  Making available your investment.	You may now give to the IVCF authorized representative the amount for investment in the GOLD Fund either in cash or cheque- preferably in cheque if possible.	The IVCF, through its authorized representative, will receive the amount and give you the following guarantees: 1. Acnowledgement Receipt of the amount  as invested duly signed by the IVCF National Director and the IVCF Chairman of the Board.  2. Letter of Guarantee to the Fund Invested, and 3. Post-dated cheque specifying therein your withdrawal date of the exact principal amount as invested.
4.  Investment period	-	IVCF Philippines will now pool your investment along with other financial resources from other ministry investors. Then IVCF will put these amounts in high-yielding deposit  / time deposit accounts over a given period.
5. Withdrawal of investment	If you want now to withdraw your investment you can do so anytime, at your own preference,  on or after the date specified in the post-dated cheque (PDC) as earlier issued by IVCF.	The IVCF FundDev Group monitors its cash flow and appropriately schedule fund movements to ensure the best interest yield for the fund as invested under its care.
6. Confirmation of Withdrawn Fund	Please inform IVCF of your confirmation of withdrawal for proper fund monitoring.	IVCF appropriately records these fund movements in its ledger of accounts and duly informs you of the interest yield that accrued to IVCF based on your investment. That interest share  in the total interest yield  will then be credited fully to you in appropriate reports for the purpose as your own contribution to the IVCF GOLD Fund.
7. Getting back and using your investment.	You may now use your invested fund in any way you prefer, (i.e. buy any item of interest, or you may want to reinvest it again to the GOLD Fund the second time around. :)	IVCF-Philippines will officially send you an IVCF GOLD  Thank You note citing and acknowledging therein the amount share of interest as received by IVCF and duly credited to you as your contribution to this Fund.
8.  Making your re-investment.	Whenever you have an available fund and wants to make a re-investment, please call again the IVCF Office for another round of arrangement for the same investment cycle.	IVCF again contacts you and make a similar arrangement as your previous investment.
9. If you are  abroad and wants to make an investment to this Fund.	Please contact IVCF or  access this website for information with regards overseas investments to the GOLD Fund. Investment can be made in Philippine Pesos or US Dollars.	IVCF will inform you of contact persons and account numbers to deposit your account. IVCF is now opening a separate Dollar Account for this GOLD Fund specially for our overseas ministry investors.
10.  If you have further suggestions and comments	Please feel free to feedback us if you have any comments or suggestions about the IVCF GOLD Fund campaign.	IVCF will immediately attend to your concerns quickly as needed.
11.Fund Audit	-	IVCF will designate a reliable auditing firm for the monitoring of this Fund and will duly inform all ministry investors with regards audit findings and reports.

All investments made in the IVCF GOLD Fund are considered confidential and subject to clearance from the Ministry Investor for any fund-related disclosure action by the IVCF.
